I don't care what Obama's or Hannity's work out schedule is. I don't care what Fox News says. I don't even care whether what Hillary did is legal or not. It's sure was poor judgement on her part though. Not so sure I would want someone in the oval office that would make such a stupid decision on something that is so obvious.
I'm sure Obama knew this was taking place, I'm willing to bet they exchanged numerous emails and he would have noticed it was not a .gov email address..
How does this affect your judgment for Obama? Thats what I want to hear from people. HE set the policy and demanded all .gov addresses be used, HE didnt enforce his own policy from even his own cabinet positions.
Actually - it's not just about Hillary's email. It's also about how everyone ignored it.
She used a variety of private email addresses for her entire tenure at the US State Department - a violation of Regulations at the very least.
Everyone she emailed HAD to know that. Her Assistants also used private email addresses thru Clintonmail.
The Assistant Secretary of State in charge of Management (Patrick Kennedy) also HAD to know of the violation
The Obama Administration AND the Pentagon HAD to know of the violation - I say "HAD to know" because it is inconceivable that they NEVER received an email from Secretary Clinton -- we will know for sure as soon as the hearings start. TeamObama may lie again to Congress (it's SOP for them), but the Pentagon won't lie. They don't offer truth & will try to avoid answers, but when asked specific/direct questions ..... they won't lie.
The Inspector General's Office of the US State Department also had to know -- this is a major problem. The State Department has a very nasty habit of using their own Ambassadors as "acting" Inspector Generals - Secretary Clinton used Harold W. Geisel as her "shield" (and he allowed it) for her entire time at State -- despite calls from Watchdogs, many letters to her AND to TeamObama to stop the practice of insider/no confirmation/lap dog IG's.
John Kerry finally appointed an IG.
Incriminating e-mails will be scrubbed pre-release naturally.
then that leaves obama with egg oin his face because he had to have had online communications with HRC and it had to be evident her emails with national security info were outside sanctioned communications and susceptible to hackers.

This is just so much comedy gold.
Hillary is NOT a street fighter. She's a poorly-aging 67 year-old who likely suffers from both physical and mental problems.
What's amazing is that we've had a 25 year track record of Hillary's questionable behavior, and yet liberals think that she's a great candidate for president. Admittedly, the vast majority are likely saying that because she would be the first woman president.
But didn't we learn anything from how poorly-equipped the "first" black president was for the job?
Our biggest problem is that the 2-party platform churns out very questionable candidates, and has for probably 40 years.

Whats that say about him?
Don't just single out Obama. And it's both parties.
They all think they are above the law.
And they are doing it and nobody is doing a damn thing about it.
No one gets fired, no one gets fined, no one goes to jail.
They are doing it and getting away with it and there's collusion among them all.
More Republican crap. Jeb Bush, Scott Walker, even Colin Powell when he was Sec of State, all did the same thing.
This is what happens when you have no desirable policy to run on, no history of success, no viable presidential candidates, and are facing annihilation.
Were their emails subpoenaed? And were representations made that all the emails had been provided to the subpoena when in fact they had not been? {Answer: No, they weren't}
This is how these situations are not the same. And this will be the point where accountability under the law is applied.

It's the "honor among thieves" concept.
Congress (both parties) tend to focus on "populist" issues instead of Nuts & Bolts issues.
It suits them to do so - it's "easier" for this lazy bunch. Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK, retired) was different & it's why both sides of the aisle didn't much like him.

AP reports today that the White House counsel’s office did not know Clinton was relying on private email servers and did so against the instructions she had been given. This comes after administration figures on Wednesday stepped gingerly away from the whole controversy, declaring their own electronic hygiene immaculate but leaving unanswered questions about Clinton’s potential misdeeds.
I find it hard to believe that even this administration would be THAT frickin' stupid. Wouldnt' the "@clinton.com" rather than "@.gov" be a pretty obvious sign? Or did she just never e-mail anyone in the administration during her time as sec state?
