Anyhow, I don't get why the house keeps painting themselves into a corner. The just look like idiots in the end.
I saw a headline today that said, "House GOP Collapses Under Weight of Its Own Ridiculousness." I think that says it all. They keep doing the same stupid stuff again and again, undeterred by the fact that they always end up with nothing. It seems they are incapable of learning. I'm sure we'll be treated to more such bouts of idiocy in the next two years. The Tea Party doesn't know how to do anything else.

Sadly, I suspect you're right. Once again DC sells out the American working people and the taxpayer to criminals.

Great to see they passed a clean bill. The Coalition of the Sane prevailed, as usual.

And it passed with 182 Democrats and only 75 Republicans. Losing both houses of Congress is turning out pretty well for the Democrats. And the GOP has the Tea Party to thank.

IMO, a clean bill, of any kind, is a victory for America. Finally!

It wasn't clean. Obama will be able to fund his amnesty now. You call that a victory for America?
