Probably the same appeal that the pushers of Obamacare got from me having to pay a heck of a lot more in my insurance after the law was passed! And I continued to pay taxes to support others health insurance...

From you OWN link (table 2) - the number of uninsured drops by 13 million in 2014, by 20 million in 2015, and by 25 million in 2016. This is under the section entitled "Change in Insurance Coverage Under the ACA". Just below that row is a row listing the number of uninsured under the ACA. It drops from 45 million to 30 million between 2014 and 2017

Table 2 clearly shows that the Number of uninsured nonelderly people drops from 45 million to 31 million under the ACA.
