Of course Darren Wilson won’t be prosecuted. Our laws are too weak to bring anyone to justice when black men are killed. - The Washington Post

The Justice Department announced that George Zimmerman and Darren Wilson will not be prosecuted for federal civil rights violations. Independent federal investigations found insufficient evidence to pursue criminal civil rights charges against the two men who killed unarmed black teenagers. Should we actually trust the Justice department report on the systemic racial discrimination from the Ferguson's police dept on its community?

No reason they should be.

Yes, absolutely we should trust their report. Not because they're trustworthy. We should trust it because they're untrustworthy, biased in favor of finding racism. So that means if they say they couldn't find any, it's a pretty sure thing that they couldn't. All you have to do is look at the history of the Justice Department under Obama - the issuing of a report that conservatives are more dangerous than radical Muslims, the prosecution of Arizona over its immigration laws, the lack of prosecution of San Francisco over declaring itself a haven city, the lack of followup in investigating the Benghazi situation, the assignment of a heavy Obama donor as the investigator of the IRS scandal, the declaring of federal investigation into Chris Christie over bridgegate after less than 24 hours of looking into it, the lying under oath about fast & furious, the jailing of the youtube video maker over Benghazi, etc to see that Obama runs a politically motivated Justice Department. The Obama administration made comments supportive of there being racism in both of those cases, so it would have been heavily in favor of the administration to have prosecuted race based civil rights violations in those cases. Therefore, the fact that they announced no charges absolutely means they were squeaky clean. If they could have found any possible excuse under the sun to have brought charges, they would have done so. Not bringing charges hurts Obama more than bringing charges. If there was any way they could have brought charges without the case being dismissed outright as soon as it hit a courtroom, you can bet they would have.
