Not the Onion, conservatives hate Spock because Obama likes him.
According to a Washigton Free Beacon article ("I Don’t Love Spock, President Obama’s favorite Star Trek character is an appeasing arrogant jerk") both have alien parents, are half breeds, have big ears, are peaceniks, have a veneer of calm and logic, but are tortured/conflicted souls inside.

Not denying that conservatives are immature, bigoted, petty and illogical...
But why is it that there are rarely similar posts showing how Libs are just the same? I hardly see posts on the endless things Libs do that are just as ridiculous.
And if they were to be discussed in a civil manner, I don't see the point of exchanging punches back and forth in futile attempts to trump each other for supposed political & moral superiority, when both groups and their ideologies are equally destructive and oppressive.

This thread should do a great job of showing how idiotic liberals are. It's it funny how one (supposedly) conservative blogger says something and suddenly its' "all conservatives" but when some liberal moron says something they jump to the defense 'it's just one person, don't paint with a broad brush'. If liberals didn't have double standards they'd have none at all.

I never said "all" - just the blogger (Free Beacon articles are often cited here by right wing posters), his Facebook fans, Free Republic posters, and other RW sites...
If this is true, I can only dream and wish that Obama would declare his love of oxygen.
Guess if this were posted on some Lib blog, some Conserv could post it here in the same vein as this thread?
