Obamacare doesn't kill jobs. We've had a substantial job growth since it's inception (and prior to it).

Burden of Proof is on those who claim Obamacare kills jobs and that there would be more jobs without it.

That would be the CBO, which falls under the White House

yeah, we've had job growth, but thats because we ALWAYS have job growth after recessions.

The 'CBO', the Congressional Budget Office, is under the legislative branch of the government. It's director is appointed upon agreement by the Speaker of the House and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. The President doesn't have a hand in this.
