??? I do not know anyone who has the rent paid for them. I know someone who has been homeless for two years, she couch surfs and sleeps in her car. There is a charity that might be able to house her 30 miles away.

See the difference? Do you understand why homeowners being foreclosed is a higher priority for the nation as a whole than renters being evicted?

??? Exactly what magic properties do homeowners possess that have such a profound effect on the economy?

p.s. the billboard didn't convey anything about the economy being the reason why.

p.p.s. if homeowners are so great for the economy, wouldn't converting more renters to homeowners be even better?

HUD has many programs to do just that.

I have drilled water wells for over 50 of them.

That is where most of my 1099's come from.

Look, I gave you the dumbed down, very simplified version. If you're not able to understand the difference, then there's nothing more I can do for you.

I realize that you've got some kind of hard-on for anything related to renting, and you manage to somehow tie every single little thing to "the plight of the renter", but the world doesn't revolve around you or renters. The sooner you accept that, the sooner you might see some positive changes in your situation.

BTW, I rent, too. You need to get over yourself.

I know one lady was single........and worked......so she was not totally disabled.

HUD built her a nice house........I remember her because they made her build a three bed room/2 bath room.
