Only in the creepy O-cult world is bringing up reality considered "Obamaphobic."
I guess if being "Obamaphobic" means one is not a mindless O-cult member, that's a compliment.
Oh look, it appears facts were brought up and now the subject gets changed....
Or is what is in the video the only thing you have the ability to somewhat boast about over the past 6 years?
The video itself is a farce. He takes quotes, some out of context, from individual relatively low level Republicans in the house and responds as if that single person out of hundreds in congress speaks for the entire Republican party. It's a stale and boring tactic that's overused by both sides. The other thing he did was use the worst form of lying, statistics, to try and convince people that he's such an accomplished President. He then coupled those numbers with a conspicuous lack of essential relevant information - aka "lying by omission" - that would be needed to reach an accurate conclusion about the subject.
Anyone who honestly thinks that Obama was doing anything different than what he's been doing for the last eight years (campaigning) in that video actually is as "blind" as Obama's detractors say they are. Come on, people. Even if you can't be honest with strangers on the internet, you could at least be honest with yourself.
Obama fact checks his critics.. is the topic of the thread.
Now I'm fact checking HIM..
Whats wrong? Dont want his 'facts" questioned?
You guys sat around for the past six years, circle jerking to this idea that Obama was going to crash the economy, create massive unemployment, introduce death camps, seize guns, and turn us into an Islamic caliphate. None of that has happened, yet you still persist in your same inane rambling. This thread wasn't about the ACA, yet you have tried to turn it into yet another one on that topic, since you have no retort for the points Obama brought up in the OP's video.
If Mitt Romney was president, and the country was in the exact same economic state it is in right now, you guys would be having mass orgies in the streets. You would be planning to chisel Mitt's face on Mt. Rushmore. Yet, you cannot possibly accept that this turn around has happened under Obama. It is despicable and disgusting, but it's par for the course with your ilk.
The way that people talk about Obama here you would either think that:
A) Obama is the worst thing since Hitler or sliced bread
or
B) Obama is the best thing since Jesus or sliced bread
There's no winning for that man even though he will be remembered for a lot more positives than negatives once it's all said and done.
I think you nailed it. For all screeching and fearmongering. the country is actually quite a bit better off than when the man stepped into office. History will remember the guy well, and laugh at the phony patriotism of Tea Party, as they should.
Hadoken's problem was also a problem for a lot of people.
The Republicans love to bash Obamacare, but they sure aren't in any hurry to come forward with an alternative. You'd think in the six years since the healthcare debate started they could come up with something. And no, "go back to what we had before" is not a solution.
Get back to us when the Republicans agree on a viable health care bill that doesn't throw self-employed people with chronic or preexisting health conditions under the bus.
My solution is to go back to the status quo.
I hate being lied to then forced into a commerce that doesn't benefit me.
