John McCain offers some wise counsel to President Obama. He would do well to take this to heart.

It is time for Barack Obama to put the interests of our country and the world ahead of his narcissistic impulses. I am not saying this just to be mean or snarky. It is a reasonable expectation of someone who holds the position of President of the United States

Just as there comes a time with a child where it is necessary and desirable to say, "that is enough of that sort of behavior," there also comes a time when adults, especially when they occupy high places of power, need to be willing to get control of themselves and just focus on what is most important, even if it is not what they feel like doing.

The big issues here are ISIS and nuclear proliferation by Iran and its terrorist network. Getting an agreement with Iran so that Obama can say he did it for purposes of his legacy, regardless of how bad the agreement is, is not an adequate response to this issue.

Israel and anything relating to Bibi Netanyahu are well down the list of issues by comparison. Get a grip, Mr. Obama.

Quote:
McCain to Obama: 'Get over your temper tantrum, Mr. President' and focus on ISIS

During the interview, McCain called out Obama and told him: “Get over your temper tantrum, Mr. President.”

McCain went on to admonish the administration’s Middle East policies and said Obama’s priorities are “so screwed up that it’s unbelievable.” He added that he was “convinced” Obama was letting his personal feelings get in the way. McCain added that Israel is the only nation in the region “where there was a free and fair democratic election” and told and said “the least of your problems is what Bibi Netanyahu said during an election campaign.”

McCain added that “Bibi’s rhetoric concerning an election campaign pales in comparison to the direct threat to the United States of America of ISIS.

Two idiots, no waiting.

Neither issue is a concern for Americans.

We should be friends with Israel. We should not do their dirty work. If Israel doesn't want Iran to have nukes, maybe Netanyahu should handle it. The US is not supposed to be Israel's babysitter. Besides, if we negation with Iran, we may be able to reach a peaceful agreement, which is ideal.

As for ISIS; let's sell weapons and offer support to our allies in the Middle East. Let's be buddies with Turkey and Syria and Iraq. We may have our differences, but lets get over those and move on. ISIS poses no direct threat to the US as of now, but we should help out those in the Middle East who can fight ISIS.

McCain hasn't had wise counsel to offer anyone in decades.

The man is a total warmonger. He wants the U.S. involved in every armed conflict on the planet.

Thank God he lost the election!

if we were war mongers we would conquer every country on earth or nuke them.

you don't solve the world's problem by ignoring it or sending a bend over video to people who have no control of their government like the idiot we have in the WH now.

Obama will never change, folks. He's purposefully letting ISIS fester throughout the world, and if things get out of hand, then it will be Barry's real legacy. He's not going to give a damn about making things right with Israel or focusing on attacking and destroying those who want to destroy us (ISIS). Letting it all happen is part of Barry's ultimate plan.

McCain is right. We've got to get ISIS defeated.

Obama does as he's told. He makes no foreign or domestic policy, he just passes along what the power brokers want done or what they can get away with. He's the proverbial empty suit, the rubber stamp.
The question is, why do they apparently want to allow Iran to gain nuclear weapons? They're a hostile country, certainly. Its like they're being allowed and encouraged to draw us into a position where we'll be forced to deal with them militarily. Israel has the right idea. Don't allow your enemy to be a threat.

90% of the air strikes against ISIS have been conducted by the US...but you can continue with your false narrative, if you wish...

It's not the role of the United States to solve the world's problems.
