A person who says this isn't about the Bundys, even though they're mentioned IN THE THREAD TITLE and his own subsequent posts (see above), then goes on to post some conspiracy whack job BS, then posts a link to the NY Times, calling them a liberal rag after using them as a source (????), is telling me to get out more. Haha!

Here's a question, how come the Bundys or any of their fellow yeehawdists never mentioned uranium mining at all during the standoff? A standoff that had the full blown attention of the entire country by the way....

The Bureau of Land Management, whose Director was Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) former senior adviser, has purged documents from its web site stating that the agency wants Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations

Deleted from BLM.gov but reposted for posterity by the Free Republic, the BLM document entitled “Cattle Trespass Impacts” directly states that Bundy’s cattle “impacts” solar development, more specifically the construction of “utility-scale solar power generation facilities” on “public lands.”

Reid strikes again this time to take Uranium - NY Times

We are still waiting to see the connection between Malheur, Tinnicum, and Uranium. Maybe you should start a new thread about the Clintons.

Hi. This is a message board. If you wish to postulate a connection, make your case. Don't drive clicks to somebody's youtube. Not interested in debating videos - make the case, provide the evidence.

And there is nothing to suggest that these nefarious acts are still ongoing.
You may want to check on the number of negatives in that sentence. Just sayin'

If one wants to understand how a 73-year-old rancher could be sentenced, as a terrorist, to five years in prison for overseeing a controlled burn, for legitimate purposes
He wasn't sentenced as a terrorist, and the burn pretty obviously wasn't controlled, what with it spreading to property not Hammond's. If you want a debate on doing away with minimum sentencing laws, by all means. We both know you won't, because conservatives can't stop their pretense of being "tough on crime" - it's just that they don't really feel it should count when the criminals are conservative.

And you still haven't posted anything to link neither the Bundys nor the Hammonds to this piece of conspiracy theory.

No one should be surprised by this, however one never knows?

Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupier Ryan Bundy filed a series of court motions late Thursday, declaring himself a sovereign citizen who isn’t subject to federal laws.

Bundy, who is representing himself in the conspiracy case against the refuge occupiers, declares himself an “idiot of the ‘Legal Society’†and not subject to federal law, according to the documents.

“I, ryan c, man, am an idiot of the ‘Legal Society’; and; am an idiot (layman, outsider) of the ‘Bar Association’; and; i am incompetent; and; am not required by any law to be competent,†Bundy wrote in a motion filed to U.S. District Court Judge Anna Brown. ...

... Police see sovereign citizens as their biggest threat:
While the movement's chief tactic is legal warfare, sovereign groups have been prone to physical violence against police, judges, and government officials. In a 2015 survey of nearly 400 law enforcement agencies by the Police Executive Research Forum, a law enforcement research group, 74 percent said they considered sovereign citizens to be the top threat facing law enforcement. The Department of Homeland Security also considers sovereigns a domestic terror threat. ...

This is how, "Give me Liberty, or give me Death" Plays out for those that will never be another mans slave and put into bondage after kidnapping them. They die fighting, than live on their knees.
Bullies get taken out, every now and then, when those bullied have had enough.

Unfortunately, they also seem to have a knack for taking out a few innocent bystanders along the way. I guess they view those folks as 'collateral damage.' It would be better for all if they sought help for their mental illness.

Bundy placed himself into bondage. He is not a freedom fighter he is a dead beat.
