Bullbleep. This has been the excuse many a chicken-hearted juror has used to ease his conscience in not voting for the death penalty.

This guy's responsible for 4 deaths, 17 human beings losing their limbs, and injuries to over 200 people. I, for one, don't care to see him get fat and sassy in prison as most of them do, and living the Life of Riley in prison, where hard time has long been a thing of the past.

Give me a break.

Listening to what his mother said perhaps I can see why they thought as they did; the woman is a case of accumulated grievance in victimization. What a terrible influence to learn in but still no excuse for a grown person. Hate America and blames I;t yet sought refuge here.

None of us Liberals are absolutist(at least as far as I noticed). I would have no problem with him being executed. There is video evidence of him planting the bomb, so he is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

That being said, he may actually want death, Not allowing him to have it may be an even worse fate.
