So, the US has become sooo politically correct that it had me thinking of other possible situations that could be a problem for us.
1. Suppose a bartender was working when a pregnant women walks in and orders a vodkar. So, the bartender refuses to serve her because he does not want to contribute to harming the baby.
So the woman decides to call the cops/lawyers and have the bartender arrested for discrimination because he refused to serve her because she is a woman.
Or... (1a. the pregnant woman walks in and orders a margarita, and the bartender serves her as he would any other customer. She has a few drinks, and leaves. A month later the woman gets an ultrasound and finds out that her baby has alcohol fetal syndrome. The woman then sues the bartender for harming her baby.
