Stop pretending you don't understand. The Chairman raises the money for the RNC. They wouldn't give it to him. Magically, they would give it to a white guy so Reince Preibus, the ultimate white guy, was chosen to replace him. A fair example of why they won't nominate a black presidential candidate. The Republican votes wouldn't be there and obviously neither would the Democratic ones.
