Don't you mean Bill Clinton, who was offered OBL's head on a platter three times and turned it down?

The term is "Regime Change" and Mosby started on that immediately. Experienced Prosecutors and personnel were fired in the middle of trials - one of them on her lunch recess and replaced with "Mosby hires". A lot of Experience went down the drain - I'm sure she never guessed that she would have a super high-profile case just 3 months after she took office. Her inexperience is showing and it's going to get a lot worse.

Regime change brings shake-up in city prosecutor's office |Baltimore Sun - January 13, 2015

CNN and UK Media are both reporting problems with the Mosby "rush to justice" - she barely had time to even look at the Investigation reports before she did her big "No Peace, No Justice" speech and threw a Kitchen Sink of charges at the 6 Police Officers. Just one of her problems is going to be explaining to the Jury why they should convict the Van Driver of 2nd Degree Depraved Heart Murder and at the same time - convict him of 2nd Degree Involuntary Manslaughter AND 2nd Degree Vehicular Manslaughter. She appears to be basing all her charges on her "in house investigation which is led by a former Baltimore Police officer who lost his command and was tossed out of the Police Force.

Baltimore police investigation doesn't support some of prosecution's charges |CNN 5/7/15

Another issue could arise from the team Mosby relied on to lead her case: one of her top investigators, Avon Mackel, is a former high-ranking Baltimore police officer who was stripped of his command post in 2009 for failing to follow through on a robbery investigation that two of his officers mishandled and did not report. A Baltimore Sun report said police in the district were accused of classifying serious crimes as lesser in order to log lower crime rates.

This stuff begins to look like an "Agenda", instead of an investigation/prosecution. The worst of it will be if the cases are thrown out or if she can't get a conviction for anything at all. The Defense for all these Police Officer will get both Investigations - the Police Task Force AND the Mosby Investigation.

"If this case falls apart, then does Baltimore burn?" one official said.

The answer is almost certainly YES - the crowd was dancing in the streets in celebration of Mosby's speech and charges. I don't think think they have an concept of the reality, which is that it could all fall apart on her. She couldn't even get the Charges delivered to the correct people in 2 out of 6 cases.

One would think that with such a high profile case that they'd be doubly careful about the paperwork they are doing.

Then again..these are government workers.

Bureaucrats are civil servants, which essentially means, they keep their positions irrespective of who is elected into office.

The city, embarassed by news reports that the inspector of the new construction was the 19 year old son of some politically connected \ union boss type and had skipped to the front of the line right into the sought after job.
A 19 year old teen who lacks any formal training, education/credentials and experience should not be compared to the likes of Marilyn Mosby who is a fully licensed practicing attorney. Unlike the 19 year old teen, Marilyn Mosby was elected into her position, she wasn't selected by her mother or father.

She replaced a number of "at-will" prosecutors. I don't see a problem with doing this, it's often done (check out the shake up in NYC, for example)...

Sources said the medical examiner found Gray's catastrophic injury was caused when he slammed into the back of the police transport van, apparently breaking his neck; a head injury he sustained matches a bolt in the back of the van.
