Basically this is the answer. The idea is to goad enough people into turning out at the polls for Democrats, who will pass more freebies in exchange for votes.
The left won't be happy until the government is running every aspect of our lives from cradle to grave. Fortunately they probably won't succeed until after I'm gone.

Think about your daily routine from the time you get up in the morning until your head hits the pillow at night.
Now, name one thing you do in the course of the day that the government does not attempt to control in some way shape or form through legislation, taxation or regulation.
They don't have an endgame. They are just having their version of a good time. They are like children with a weak substitute teacher out of control. A good percentage of them I'm sure have no clue what they are out there jumping around like a bunch of morons about.
What the REAL endgame is going to be? The quality of person going to police academies is going to steeply decline in the coming years as the top candidates will choose other careers. Private security companies are going to expand greatly. That is where most of the best candidates will go in the future. Things are going to get much worse for poor people regarding police because there will be fewer of them and they will be less likely to do anything about crimes happening around them.
Back in the early 50's, a mob of of 5000 attacked and destroyed an apartment building and surrounding structures in Cicero, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. The reason was to prevent a WW2 vet, college graduate and his small family from moving into a rental unit. The mob attempted to stone him. Police and firefighters did nothing. Eventually, The National Guard was called in. It took days to stop the riots. ( Despite his record of service and education, the head of this family could only find work as a bus driver for non Union, municipal government which is another story for another time)
When riots are not about race they tend to be about sports and include window smashing, looting and fires. The participants tend to be white males.
Crowds/ mobs tend to diminish individual accountability.
The end game? More calls for "investing" (spending) in inner cities despite the fact that $12 trillion has been spent since the "was on poverty" began, and poverty rates have increased.
The "end game" should be calling on people to not have kids until they're married (illegitimacy is the surest route to poverty), and to ensure that their kids are in school. Gub-ment picking taxpayers' pockets to provide places for kids to play (huh?) won't do squat.
And the flip side, stop putting yourself into situations where you are more likely to be encountered by the Police.
A convicted felon with pending court appearances for subsequent possession and battery probably would still be alive if he had chosen to not be in an open air drug market at 8 AM and chosen to not run, none of which btw, warranted his death. Given his history, he was more likely to be killed by a peer in prison or in his own neighborhood, than by abuse/ neglect from an officer.
I am one of few people who does not believe government created this problem nor can it solve it.
