Not very attractive to business and I bet many individuals will also think three times before relocating there.

Perhaps in the very short-term. Longer than that is highly doubtful, given the tax breaks that new businesses get and the infrastructure already in place.

I love how one little riot breaks out, and then everyone that has never even stepped foot in Baltimore thinks they are an expert on the social structure and racial history of that city. Baltimore will weather this, and hopefully will be able to move forward with helping to improve conditions within the city.
