Frankly I think we should legalize all drugs; however, drug abusers should not be entitled to free medical care, unemployment or welfare.

Bath salts in themselves are not illegal. Meth is made with toxic household items, which also
by themselves are not illegal.

They did some analysis on hospital care in my area. The top users, who accumulated millions of dollars unpaid medical bills per person, were all dirt poor drug addicts. They were in and out of hospitals like there's no tomorrow.
