Sea World is missing the point. The living space for these whales and other creatures are too small. It is like sticking one of those trainers in the back of an Econoline truck for the rest of their life.

Sentience, in terms of life sciences is the ability amongst many things, to be self-aware, Bottlenose Dolphins and Orcas are 2 of only 10 species (humans included) who have demonstrated the ability to be self-aware.
