jobs and profit are just 2 things...not sure id say they are the MOST important either...but its typical of the lefty loosies to discount the effect their perfect world would have on economies...
I agree that it is very beneficial for people to see living things they might never see otherwise if not for the sea worlds and zoos and such...as long as animals are treated well and not abused...

We're not talking about domesticated animals raised for food. I do believe food animal should be raised in as humane conditions as possible but I know there are real world consequences for that. Mainly less affordable food. I'm talking about cruelty to animals for entertainment and profit. Can you really not see the difference?

If your house is 300 miles of open ocean, then yes, it is torture to live in a tank barely big enough to turn around in. Try living in your smallest closet for a month and then come out and tell us all about how great it is.
