It is easily perceived that the African community is destroying a city that was once one of the best cities. How much can the non-black community take before they decide to relocate to other cities? (Non-black flight)
Do you think Baltimore's future will be similar to Detroit?
There's already a discussion of this on another thread. Yes, in my opinion we will see something similar in Baltimore. DC was headed that direction but they flooded so much cash into DC that it's starting to be gentrified. Baltimore already has seen a dropping population, high crime, terrible schools. Now that they're destroying the city, the smart Baltimoreans, both white and black, will escape to safer areas.
I do know Baltimore has been run by Progressive politics and has been a failure in all aspects of governing.
The most money spent on education, and Baltimore is at the top of the list, with one of the worst graduating classes in the nation.
Pretty soon, Baltimore will be on federal life support.

So all the African Americans in Baltimore are destroying the city?
Here is a different question. Why do cities go to hell when all of the non-black people leave?
In a nut shell, and it's only my opinion, I'd say because the jobs go with them. Black people get sick of being ignored and unheard, rise up, push comes to shove, a riot ensues, white people leave, big business leaves, and nobody wants to invest in the city due to a reputation it can't shake no matter how hard it trys.
