Now here is something for all you folks who think gays are icky, take them to court and sue them! What do you have to lose? You could set up a GoFundMe account and make a few hundred thousand while you are at it..
This is stupid..... THEY SHOULD ALL SUE HERE FOR STUPIDITY!!

There are some who are better removed from the gene pool, as they are "swimming in the shallow end".
not really< remember that no matter what direction this lawsuit takes, the lawyer gets paid, unless they are stupid enough to do it pro bono.
You should check out the details, they're pretty amazing. There is no lawyer involved - she's filing on her own.
This already introduces a problem, because an individual can represent him/herself in court, but to represent others, you have to be a lawyer. And according to the petition, she's merely representing (OK, she calls herself an "ambassador", but that seems pretty clear), says so right in the opening paragraph: "On behalf of the plaintiffs: God and His Son, Jesus Christ." So the case gets dismissed right there.
Which is really too bad, because I would have loved to hear someone explain to a judge how the actual plaintiffs (God and Jesus, to recap) established the lawyer/client relationship in this case. Or how the plaintiffs have standing in a Nebraska court. Are they domiciled in Nebraska? The residential status seems - murky.
Surely, Nebraska must have been concerned it was falling behind in the race with Oklahoma for being stupid. So we'll see what Oklahoma will do in response to make sure it stays in the race.
Good Christians commonly sue people whose consensual sex acts they find to be repulsive?
