Nonsense.

Outside of the Warren Court years, the SCOTUS has been a bastion of Conservative justices and big money corporate interests.

I think Mr. Carson hasn't been paying attention. According to the sitting president, only the president makes laws, congress and the courts don't have any input. As long as Carson plays by the same rules, what the SC does is irrelevant.

BTW, can a neurosurgeon just walk into the OR, say "present" and then take off for the day?

Then you should learn more about what they are and are not doing.

They screamed blood unconstitutional murder all through the Clinton years. Young and naive as I was, I thought they meant it.

Then Bush came along. Republicans not only supported every stupid unconstitutional move he made- they vigorously defended his most blatant violations of the constitution, and accused anybody who opposed him of being unpatriotic and possibly a muslim.

So yeah, I don't expect this to bother them a bit. Matter of fact I expect they'll defend Carson's nonsensical statement.

The laws of the land come before the judicial branch to be judged.. the president is to carry out the laws the senate and house passes. Some law is not set in concrete , there are gray areas that need to be judged . This is what I get out of what Dr. Carson is saying.

I don't see where Carson is wrong here. A 'judicial law' presumably would be a majority vote by the SCOTUS.

If the court rules that a fugitive slave is to be tracked down and dragged kicking and screaming back to the slave owner, then the matter goes back to the legislative branch and ultimately back to the people for review and overturning.

Fugitive Slave Act of 1850 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dr. Carson seems to understand this better than his liberal CD detractors.

Oh look, Ben Carson doesn't understand the concept of judicial review. In his world, Marbury v. Madison never happened.

Let us just add this to the long and growing list of things Ben Carson doesn't know anything about.

So you want to make excuses for the President ignoring the SC ruling or a valid reason yet you have attacked Obama for, according to you, doing the same thing? Wow
