So, since my post has not been answered, I guess the SC did change a suggested law and to make it a law this is legal.

So evidently Ben (aka uncle tom to many) is 100% correct.

Yes?
No. The Supreme Court does not write laws, they interpret them and analyze whether they are Constitutional. They did not re-write the ACA.

Dr. Carson seems to understand this better than his liberal CD detractors.
What'd I tell you, Emm74?

If Obama had said the exact same thing, they'd be howling in protest.

What is a "judicial law"? He doesn't think the president has to follow the law-- if invalidated or upheld by the Supreme Court... Because it's a judicial law...

Really?

I guess running for President isn't brain surgery....
No-

Obama makes law through executive orders and risks the a weak congress and senate does not have the will to contest his illegal activities. Obama, despite being a leftist totalitarianist, is correct in assuming that the republicans will not contest his illegal activities. The republicans have no balls to oppose any of Obama's totalitarianist, illegal activities. Boehner and McConnel should be hung from a yard arm.

Carson is intelligent and ethical. Both of those qualities are miles away from Obama. That is why the left fears him today- a self made, successful, and intelligent black man who broke away from the liberal plantation and established himself as an individual. This is heresy in the world of the left..................................... black men are supposed to stay on the plantation, be thankful for liberal pennies given to them, and shut up.

How dare a black man elevate himself from a lower income status, gain an education, become successful, gain a reputation, and escape the plantation??!!! What the hell is he thinking????????????

This is exactly why EVERYONE should consider him for POTUS- a self made, intelligent man who can "operate" under stress, personally understands the plight of the middle and lower class citizens, and has the compassion and intelligence to do the right thing.

Carson is what the US thought Obama would be..................... but were fooled.

Let us just add this to the long and growing list of things Ben Carson doesn't know anything about.
I'm in DC right now and toured the SC today. Marbury v. Madison and the concept of judicial review was one of the first things the tour guide talked about.

Hearing Ben Carson, who thinks he should be president, say something so supremely ignorant makes me want to laugh. Then it makes me want to cry because there are people taking his presidential bid seriously. Brain surgeon or not, the man is proving to be an idiot.

That's all great. If only he understood how government works.

The Republicans do have a double standard. Ever watch their TV station? ( Faux)? They never criticize their own. It's always the Democrats fault even when the cowboy was in the White House.

at 1:08 he says "the laws of the land comes from the legislative branch"

He isn't saying the Supreme Court makes law. He is making a point on how laws are and aren't made, and how we have drifted away from what is written in the Constitution.
