What is a "judicial law"? He doesn't think the president has to follow the law-- if invalidated or upheld by the Supreme Court... Because it's a judicial law...

Really?

I guess running for President isn't brain surgery....

Well...this is another reason why the stakes are so high come next elections.

This country (and working stiffs like myself) can't afford a president that would nominate another Alito, Thomas, or Scalia. And the next prez is surely gonna nominate at least two judges...maybe more.

Hopefully, Carson just misspoke.

I don't know... It's hard to "misspeak" an entire train of thought.

I think this guy is a clown. There are better, more qualified candidates who don't intend to use their personal religious preferences as a basis for legislation.

It will be interesting see how all the folks constantly screaming about Obama violating the Constitution take this. Apparently the President only has to uphold the Constitution if you are a Democrat?

I can hardly stand to listen to Ben. He talks so slow, he loses me before he finishes a thought of his.

What is apparent is that a Con believes in the same things that some have complained about for 6 Years, yet they have no problem with that when their guy believes they have the same right. I would suggest they deal with their own double-standard before pointing out the double-standard of those they oppose.
