Interesting criteria, so that means none of the Cons here, you included, has any credibility when it comes to Obama or Clinton since you are never around when something good happens unless it is to claim it is not due to their actions. Good to see a Con admit they have no credulity on certain topics.
"since you are never around when something good happens"

Quit villianizing unions if you don't know what your talking about. Unions gave us the middle class. We wouldn't need unions if companies treated their people right. They helped give us a living wage. Be careful about voting for Republicans this elections as they will be able to fulfill their bucket list of getting rid of social security and Medicare. If that happens you are going to have lots of people desperate and with no money or health insurance they have nothing to lose. That is a prescription for a revolution and disaster.

I don't want to pay them pensions that provide more money than their salaries when they were working and to which they contributed nothing. I don't want to pay for gold plated medical care for which they contribute nothing.

If you are going to be silly, swing for the fences and say they will reverse suffrage and reinstitute slavery upon blacks.

The old chestnut of fearmongering that the other guy will hurt the old and retired.

Speaking of which you are aware that the 2012 transportation bill that weakened pension funding requirements by around 25%....was signed by Obama and was opposed by no democrats (and few repubicans and likely then for different reasons).

If you happen to get your pension fund annual statement this month. Read it carefully, they will show you the two sets of numbers showing how the new calculations say they are well funded and the old ones....not so much.

The one I have open right in front of me shows that by the new calculations the company is fully funded in it's pension and only has to contribute 1.5million this year to it. The old calculations show them to be 78% funded requiring a contribution of 131million to start making up the shortfall.

You think there is a difference between R's and D's? Ask around your friends and ask them if they got an annual funding notice from their pension. Have them show it to you.

Maybe you can enlighten us and point to the many times you and other Cons have been there and gave credit to the President for something good. FYI: I am not doing anything but using your criteria not my fault it came back and bit ya in the arse, so no whining now.

When, IMO, he has done something good I DO give him credit.

Unfortunately, IMO, he has not done very much to warrant it.

Not very much means he did some good, please point out a past post where you said as much I do not seem to recall any.

If you must unionize against your own government, then the solution is to change the government. You do that at the ballot box, not by holding the country hostage.

I doubt those in public Unions believe they are doing so against the government, ask a police officer why they belong to a Union and get back to us.

So they can do almost anything they want with little risk of getting fired.
