What? He didn't comment on how the perpetrators looked like his son?
"Iff'n I had a son, he would either look like Mohammed, or a cartoon."
-- Barack Obama
It is a bit surprising he's been this slow to respond. Maybe he was too busy taping Letterman appearances, or emailing Hillary, or scouting out a membership in a Chi-town bath house.
Either way, one thing we won't get from him is a condemnation of the terrorists, despite the fact that one of them was on the FBI watchlist for years.
This statement is not from President Obama. As you stated, this is from a White House spokesperson, and it is a very short statement.
I'd really like for Obama to take a few minutes and speak about this himself. I mean, he immediately (on the same day) made a statement in person about the GermanWings incident. Obama: Germanwings Plane Crash 'Particularly Heartbreaking'
So I'm waiting for his in person statement on the Garland events.

You bet the rest of the right leaning posters, they are probably waiting on their emails. That said, I would venture to guess that the President will address the topic when he feels ready to do so, you know when they have the facts, that is how Presidents often operate.
We have seen when this President has had the facts he tells a story instead.
Please tell me I've missed something. I admit I've been busy, but I've tried to find some sort of statement from Obama on the events in Garland and so far I haven't found a thing.
Texas is out of Obama's control as if not in obama's world.
DOJ probably wanted the cop suspended and denial of civil rights investigated. I mean you have top gun DOJ lawyer Fishman who wrapped up the investigation of two lanes closures in NJ and has nothing else to do.
"The future must not belong to those who sander the prophet of Islam".....Barack Obama, Sept. 25, 2012 in a speech to the UN following the Benghazi attacks.

He's still ruminating, and hasn't yet decided who acted stupidly."
