Another Constitutional scholar who is ignorant of the fact that the 1st Amendment applies to government restrictions of free speech. Business and institutions are quite free to restrict what their employees say, as long as they want to remain employees.

Her credentials are more than trumped by the stupidity that comes out of her mouth. Credentials are the last refuge of the fools and incompetents.

You obviously don't know anything about academia. It's the refuge of some of the most incompetent, foolish people on the planet but they love it because it's a highly protected environment.

Indeed. Education is a good thing, but a degree is just that. A degree. Not a license for a pompous, arrogant and demeaning attitude. Because someone has a degree, in any particular area , does not give them right or impunity to discount, out of hand, what someone who does not have a degree has to say.

Even a PhD does not grant omnipotence to the holder. Their opinions are not made , irrefutably, correct by virtue of that degree. Far to often, however, many degreed individuals feel that their educational award gives them leave go spout off, and stand , unchallenged. Especially by we, the unwashed and unenlightened graduates of the School of Experience and Lessons hard learned, via blood , sweat and tears.

The naked contempt and disdain that drips off the aforementioned types of people can be quite annoying, at most times. The "educated elite". So impressive.

In SOCIOLOGY. A sociology degree is one step behind finger painting in terms of intellectual challenge.

Would you like to hear David Duke's points on race as well?

At least Duke tries to nuance his anti-Semitism, saying he doesn't think all Jews are bad, only "Jewish supremacists." This woman categorically hates white men.

Wow, a black female assistant professor from BU in Afram studies goes off on the crazy train.

The nation is stunned.

Sociology - lol, the easiest course of study, largely taken by people who just want a degree or want to stay insulated in academia.

Bush has degrees from both Yale and Harvard (real degrees, not sociology), that didn't prevent the left from calling him dumb. Maybe a degree isn't such a great indicator of intelligence after all, is it.
