On watching the longer video, I will agree that the woman is off her rocker.

And she very well may be a racist BUT I still fail to see how her saying "all the black people are leaving" is racist in and by itself.

Chances are excellent that is the case. I would say by the tone of her voice I would not let her off the hook on that one. I have lived in some southern states and known some southern people pretty well.

No. It was inappropriate to shout it out like that. I wonder what the percentage of whites versus blacks attending the ceremony too. Could she actually have sized it up. Does it matter if the people were black? You wouldn't mention it unless it was important. Yeah, she showed some definite attitude behind the word "black". I am betting there is more history too.
