Since you won't address it, here is your comment again when faced with the point that the anti-vax crowd counted drownings and snake bites etc.
Hey, don't take it personally I know you'll never change your mind or really honestly listen to me.
I just showing others that might read the thread how much deception and machination underpins the anti-vax claims....and when caught....they just try to move the conversation to covariance which is a good topic to discuss but is obvious evasion.
I did address it. Maybe you just don't understand. I can't help it if you ask for links and then ignore them. Nice generalizations, by the way.

"According to [Dr. Bernadine] Healy, when she began researching autism and vaccines she found credible published, peer-reviewed scientific studies that support the idea of an association. That seemed to counter what many of her colleagues had been saying for years. She dug a little deeper and was surprised to find that the government has not embarked upon some of the most basic research that could help answer the question of a link.
"The more she dug, she says, the more she came to believe the government and medical establishment were intentionally avoiding the question because they were afraid of the answer."
That Atlantic article from six years ago regarding research of over 10 years ago is interesting, but not so much more. The Atlantic is not a research or scientific journal; it isn't even a science journal for laypeople like Scientific American or Discover. Its reporters are not science reporters. Here's one giant error:
"In addition, vaccine “mismatches” occurred in 1968 and 1997: in both years, the vaccine that had been produced in the summer protected against one set of viruses, but come winter, a different set was circulating. In effect, nobody was vaccinated. " Wrong. Flu vaccines contain vaccine against three types of flu virus; a mismatch with one means the other two did match. Also, the statement about the vaccine of 1968 is untrue: Influenza Pandemics — History of Vaccines
I like this too: "As of August8, only 36 deaths from swine flu had been confirmed among children in the U.S., and the overwhelming majority of those children had multiple, severe health disorders.)" Only 36 deaths? H*ll, if there were a vaccine that caused that many deaths in a short time, (there wouldn't be one, b/c it would never have made it to human testing, let alone to market) the antivaxers would be storming the CDC!
Since when do politicians think they have ANY right dictating medical decisions for ANYONE other than themselves and their children? Time to start blowing up the phones, emails etc of the idiots in Florida.
Seems to me that if the states believe this is so important they should have to be the ones to provide it. It's another case where the government is going to tell individuals that they must buy overpriced products from a private company. Something the government should never be able to do.
If the state believes it's this important, pass a bill that raises the money to pay for this. Yes, I realize it's still taxpayer money but IMO it should be up to the state to come up with the funding if they believe it this important and convince the taxpayers that raising their taxes makes sense here.
I was actually wrong. Its a Florida Congresswoman! The way the link was titled confused me so this is actually federal. Wow....Highly doubt this even comes up for a vote but either way there is the text of the bill. Pass it its very simple. We will home school. NO ONE is going to dictate to me and my wife the medical decisions of our family.
Frederica Wilson's senior advisor is a former Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for GlaxoSmithKline. Btw, I have tried posting this article elsewhere, but it links to a page not found webpage.
SHOCKER! They probably promised to help get her re elected if she introduced this draconian bill.
I fail to see how the state is dictating medical decisions here. The bill would make vaccination a requirement for attending a public school. If you don't want to vaccinate, home school. One retains the right to make his own medical decisions, but that right does not extend to putting other people's children and society at large at risk.
