This looks like a clear case of self defense. Note how the shooter tired to de-escalate and avoid the engagement but was attacked anyway. I'm glad no charges were filed against him.
Hard to tell what instigated the whole thing; glad I'm not making the call. Looks like the big guy with the black shirt instigated the whole thing, the shirtless 'tard came running in looking for a cheap shot at the black guy. Looks like a good shoot from what I can see.

Murdering a drunk idiot with no weapon is just that murder. Its no self defense. Just deck the moron and call the cops.
Murder is premeditated; this was not and was initiated by the aforementioned drunk idiot(s). The shooter had already been punched by one of the group and then charged by another. There was a third in the area. The shooter had every reason to believe he was in a situation where he would encounter more than one attacker which is very dangerous. He isn't required to allow himself to be endangered even if one of the attackers isn't a very good fighter.

Hey! ~What decade are you from?? We don't use our hands or brains in combat anymore! Capping weaker people who sass us, defy or merely trespass with guns is way more fun and does a much better job of proving how mighty-macho we are!~

Actually the shooter caused the problem as the one guy who had NOTHING to do with it was just wanting to shake his hand after his drunk friend ran his mouth and then he was leaving....short tempered punk with a gun refused to shake hand therefore causing bigger problem. Its 2nd degree murder at best and manslaughter at worst.

Not shaking a guy's hand is justification for him and his friends to attack? You can't be serious, that is absolutely crazy. It looks to me like the white trash punks got exactly what they deserved.
