Meh...that's extremely over-exaggerated as a statement. The Palestinians may be delusional, but they ain't THAT delusional.

Israel isn't going anywhere, and if i know that and you know that, Palestinians know that.

"An Israeli foreign ministry official described the Vatican's move as a "disappointment" and indicated that it may lead to reprisals, although he did not say of what kind.
"This does not promote the peace process and a Palestinian return to negotiations," the official said. "Israel will study the agreement and consider its next steps accordingly."

sounds creepy.

Wonder if the Pope plans to give up land where the Vatican sits? One must have a government to establish a state, is Hamas the government?
You are clueless when it comes to the Pope, he speaks for the Catholic Church, the largest group of Christians on the planet, burns your chaps doesn't it, GOOD.

Agree. Israel, Palestine, and other relevant parties will have to decide what to do. The U.S. should stay out of the Israel/Palestine conflict as the U.S. has nothing to gain no matter who wins.

Great news! And did you notice the elephant in the room on that map of countries that recognize Palestine? It seems that politicians in the USA have to kowtow to Israel in order to win elections.

That's terrible.

Israel should force the issue. Send the IDF into the Vatican. The Swiss Guards vs. the IDF. Good fight. Maybe the Italians would intervene.

It doesn't matter who recognizes Palestine as currently it isn't a state or country.

Good job Pope Francis. Anything that pisses off Zionists and American neocons is good by me.
