It's not a judgment, it's an observation. I can assure you that a black doctor, a white doctor and a gay doctor all would rather live with each other than someone making only a fifth of their income.

We're divided by far more than our income levels. Income levels is just a start.

Still, at no point was the United States ever a united country, which is counter to the point that the OP was trying to make.

And frankly, i don't care what income my neighbor makes as long as he/she doesn't disturb me.

LOL OP, if you're gonna complain about multiculturalism, then you need to do two things.

1. Move back to Poland
2. Hand in your British and US passports

An immigrant really has no right to tell us how the US should be. It's like me moving to the UK and telling the Polish they need to diversity their country Geez, we have enough with sickandtiredofthis/summerwhale telling the US and Americans what to do and who they are, and now you?

If I make a statement about an observation that I see about another race, is that considered racist?

Like the words "Hispanic" or "Muslim"; "multiculturalism" ain't a real honest word IMHO.

If talking about us anglo white people liking Mexican or "soul" food; that ain't really being multicultural but; allowing another language to be official besides our main 1, that I have a BIG problem with that. Here it's English, in Mexico the main language's Spanish.

That doesn't mean a thing in 2015; people have the rep of "forgetting" the American Indians had their share of nasty donnybrooks with each other, even before 1492. Which sometimes killed off whole tribes.

Besides repeating the chant "we are all equal" perhaps someone can supply supportive evidence that we are.

But then we all know what kind of racist trash we can expect out of UC Berkeley!
Uh; please tell that to the Black people who came here "free" from Africa, they have the rep of doing VERY well here in the US. They ain't hood rats in any way.

So...Europeans were having donnybrooks that killed tens of millions well into the middle of the 1900's. They DID nearly manage to wipe out a whole tribe (the Jews).
