Good job homeowner. Hopefully he won't be charged.
"One man is dead after a Colorado homeowner selling an item on Craigslist was tied up during a home invasion, got free, grabbed a gun and shot a suspect.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office says two men went to the home Sunday in response to the ad, but overpowered the homeowner and tied him up.
Sheriff's spokeswoman Jacki Kelley says one of the suspects stole the man's car. Kelley says the homeowner grabbed a gun and opened fire, hitting and killing the suspect."
Love a happy ending. That aside, now that CO is seething with pansies it is probably against the law NOW to kill someone who attacked you and stole your car.
On a side note, not smart to CL an ad to your house if you can help it.
This one did not have a good ending, shooting at people attempting to help out what a total nut.
"Police say Jefferson Heavner, 26, was driving along when he saw a car had spun off the road just after 5 p.m. on Friday, reports CBS affiliate WBTV of Charlotte.
Heavner joined a group of neighbors who heard the wreck and they attempted to help the driver, later identified as 27-year-old Marvin Jacob Lee, of Claremont.
Witnesses later said Lee was acting odd and belligerent. When the group who stopped to help said they were calling police to let them deal with it, Lee got a gun and opened fire on them."

Americans shoot eachother left, right, and centre. The rest of the world looks on in disbelief.
Enjoy.
