People leave concerts, movies, church services, and sports games early all the time, it's their perfect right to do it.

The valedictorian may or may not have been bothered by the early leavers, but I guarantee you that he was absolutely mortified by what the principal did.

I can tell you this. If I was the Principal, I would not have made those comments. There is no reason to make such comments.

Anyone with a bigoted mentality is the type of person not needed in any position of power. With such a mentality, too much risk of said person making decisions based on that. Harmful decisions at that.

School is going look bad if they stand behind principal who said racist comment .
People who work in education,law enforcement, politicians should held to certain standards.
