Can anybody tell what they were actually chanting? Sounds particularly annoying. What an awful learning environment.

Because standing on desks is an accepted policy at your school ?

Well, there are a LOT of very smart and decent people in the USA.

Wow, I wonder if these smart/decent people come even close to being an effective counterbalance to the, well, less-than-great folks residing in Murrrrrca??????????

I would call that an over-reaction, she could have been seriously hurt by a fall like that but she was violating the space of anyone in that position.

He should have just gotten up and left the class when the dancing started. At best they were wasting his time.

And how is that going to stop her from "dancing" on his desk next time?

People need to learn that consequences come with their actions.

When you are a kid, you learn very quickly not to step on sharp objects, don't grab hot things, don't hit your head on corners. Sometimes, pain is the only way you learn not to do certain things.

The media, both liberal and conservative, can't get enough of the race issue, and love to report on it.

She stepped on his arm. It's a natural reaction to push the object off of you.
