No he didn't "realize" anything. He was removed from the House of Delegates and his seat declared vacant. He then ran as an Independent to regain it and won the special election.

He only changed to I to run since he was unwelcome as a Democrat.

That is not the case. Here, "deliquency of a minor" is actually a simplification of the title of a Virginia law concerning what you might call statutory rape ("Causing or encouraging acts rendering children delinquent, abused, etc."). Please read my earlier post about this.

In short, the "statutory rape" of a 15-17 year-old in VA falls under that delinquency of a minor law.

Seeking moral equivilency among pigs does not help your position.

Democrats and liberals tend to be more prone to ignore massive character flaws and diminish criminal behavior (see Ted Kennedy, Gary Hart, John Edwardsw, Bill and Hillary, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Tom Harkin, Obama, Bill Durbin, Anthony Weiner, ect...) exhibited by "their" candidates.

I never liked Gingrich and Sanford. I do not like Boehner or McConnel. I never liked Bush.

Most conservatives do not support republican candidates if they are not good men. Democrats/libs really do not seem to care and practice "the ends justify the means" to support unscrupulous candidates. Witness the support for Hillary (the defacto democrat presidential nominee) today. Witness Obama, despite all of the weird associations prior to becoming president and with a very secretive background, winning a first term and easily winning a second term with terrible performance.

She's lucky he is sticking by her.

If she had been impregnated by a young black man she would be but another baby mama on Welfare.
The entire VA/MD area is proof of such.

He may not be a saint but give the guy a break for standing up.

Yes, it is heartening to see at least one Dem living up to their responsibilities.

Um she is still a baby mama. They arent married yet and he has other kids with other baby mamas. So how is he different from young black men? He isn't married to any of his kids parents. He's an old white man that got a young black woman pregnant, and because of his position he can't abandon his responsibilities. But with all the baby mamas he has, beyond the fact that he's paying child support, I fail to see how he's any better then the young black men you stereotype.

He's not. In fact he might be worse due to his position of public trust as a Legislator and an officer of the Court (lawyer), especially since the recent conquest was an employee of his law firm.

*checks recent headline news...Dugar, etc etc

Uh huh. Sorry but no. You've been fed a line, democrats, and republicans both are human beings in all their messed up glory. Your statements are a great example of confirmation bias.
