Let's say Mike Huckabee, Tony Perkins, Scott Lively, Pat Robertson, and other religious right leaders were all elected to lead this country. What would they change? Being that many of them are now threatening civil disobedience or even violence over marriage equality, what kind of America would be acceptable in their eyes?

Here are a few things that would be certain. This isn't hyperbole or propaganda but things the religious right actually advocates for.

-Same sex marriage would be banned in all 50 states
-Sodomy laws re-enacted and enforced
-Obscenity laws effectively criminalizing gay pride parades and homosexual PDA in public
-Effectively gays would be forced back into the closet or face prison
-Abortions banned nationwide; no exceptions even for life of the mother
-Christian prayer in public schools
-Bible studies in public schools
-Evolution banned and Ken Ham-authored "creation science" enacted as science curriculum nationwide
-History curriculum written by David Barton in all public schools placing special emphasis on the nation's "Christian heritage."
-Censorship laws to prevent profanity or sexual references on broadcast television effectively rolling back television to the early 1960s
-Censorship of the Internet nationwide to block out "obscene" website eliminating online porn
-Censorship of books/magazines deemed obscene
-Music would also be censored
-Corporations and local government would be required to refer to the season between Thanksgiving and New Years as "Christmas." Cannot say Happy Holidays.
-All non-essential workplaces must be closed Sunday mornings to allow employees to attend church

I am certain all of these would be on the books. What else would they enact if they had the power to do so?

Some have discussed anti-divorce laws. I think too many of them freak out when they realize it would apply to them too though.

They aren't really interested in any of that stuff, they just want to get under your skin and it appears they succeeded.

Hmm, sounds like Saudi Arabia or Iran. Maybe the Religious Right should employ Sharia Law.

Wow, sensationalism at it's finest.

Mike Huckabee for instance, while an ordained minister, was also governor of a state. None of the issues you listed were enacted with the exception of attempted legislation to protect the lives of children.
SSM was voted down by VOTERS in nearly every state it was brought up in, until it was legislated through the courts and made "legal", a president can only say what is important to them, they can't just enact laws through executive fiat... well, none except obama. Most all of the other presidents have had to follow the law and have the approval of the house and senate before signing something into law.

You guys on the far left must be really running scared to try this kind of hyperbolic fear mongering so early in the presidential race.

Nope, that's not it. If those were their real primary concerns, they would be working hard as possible for an easy path to citizenship for Mexican illegals, which would give them the political clout to make those things happen.

No, the fact is that they represent a certain cultural faction that has until recently held undisputed dominance in the US. But that faction's dominance is now threatened by groups that may not necessarily be white or Anglo or straight. Christianity is not the primary characteristic of that group, it's just one of their gangsigns.

I'm quite curious as to how you compiled this list. There is quite a bit I could say about all that nonsense but, most reading will see it for what it is.

I respectfully suggest you all get out and meet some of these horrid people. I would wager to say that many already know quite a few but they don't bother to talk about politics because they know how they are perceived. Besides, what's the point?

He pulled it straight out of his tailpipe. That should be pretty clear after just reading the first few lines.

The Christian business is just identity politics. They serve the same masters as the mainstream and the democrats - the wealthy, foreign governments and, of course, themselves.
