This is a perfect thread example showing how nobody wants to talk about the bulk of the problem.

They just want to talk about the shootings that vindicate their worldview.

Nobody as talked about the underlying cause of the criminality or the violence. The real cause is nobody will invest in a violent area so nobody has any legitimate source of income. Without that the criminal economy is the only choice and the criminals use force to solve problems. So people get killed.

I have no idea about how to change of this Economic/environment/business/violence problem. I do not think anyone else does either.

Alternatively, when people like me invest in a violent area, we're told we are villains for gentrifying the neighborhood.
