I think that something will be done in order to keep it alive since the provision that will be decided over is pretty much the pillar of that plan as far as funding it is concerned.

Smile Let me explain. Again...

The ACA is a horrible law, it needs to die a quick death, never to see the light of day again

If the ACA is tossed out, the Pubs will get the blame. Because it's been their deepest desire to do just that for five years now.

What if the Supremes rule against Burwell, essentially eviscerating Ocare. In the aftermath, Congress passes a voucher type transfer program modeled more or less on the current subsidy model; poverty level definition and ceiling and subsidy amounts staying about the same. The money is just 'passed' to the recipients in some way, with the intent to be to enable the recipients to buy insurance on the open market.

Two years after the new 'transfer' program begins statistics show that only 63% of the original subsidy class actually buy insurance.

What does that say?

About (fill in the blank)?

He had the power to do the bill as he said he would. He said it would be posted on the internet for all to read before anything was signed. He had the power to do that.

Blame, or credit? GOP won the House in 2010 largely due to opposition to ACA, and the Senate in 2014, again largely due to opposition to ACA. Keep the 'blame' coming.

If the court rules for the plaintiffs, there'll be no need to encourage the finger-pointing.

But I kinda doubt that it's going to come to that.

Please point out the part(s) you're struggling with and I'll be glad to clarify it for you.

How is it the repubs will be to blame?

The left will lie, and grubers will believe.....just like 100% of people will have insurance....

Please see post #224 above.

Even you should be able to grasp it.

Please link to a source that claims Americans are 100% insured. It's a noble goal, though. One that a single payer system would achieve.

Thank you.

"My plan begins by covering every American. If you already have health insurance, the only thing that will change for you under this plan is that the amount of money you will spend on premiums will be less," Obama said. "If you are one of 45 million Americans who don't have health insurance, you will after this plan becomes law."
Hows that working for ya gruber?
