I believe ISIS is an operation or an arm of some Western Power. ISIS is the boogeyman that will force the Iraqis into signing the "Status Of Forces Agreement" and oil contracts that the USA wants.
ISIS is a bunch of retards, religious zealots and useful idiots (Brownshirts). A force that size does not just pop up out of nowhere as corporate media would have you believe. You don't move that type of manpower and logistics without being noticed. You just don't. You don't allow recruits to fly from Suburban Minnesota to Turkey and then just walk into Syria to join the cause lol!
The money may be well washed by the time it gets to ISIS but there is a foreign power behind this op.
If the CIA, MOSSAD and Iranian intelligence doesn't have covert operatives in place to call in air strikes at any time of either govts choosing then all three intelligence agencies need to be dismantled.
Soon as they Iraqis fail and "beg us back" ISIS will be obliterated within a week probably less. We know who they are and where they are.
Wake up the game is 3D Chess not tic tac toe! I have been working in the mid-east for 10yrs. The enemy is not that sophisticated unless trained by a foreign power.

I agree with the substance of your thesis. I think that ISIS serves a useful purpose and I think one or more western powers have the MOTIVE, MEANS and OPPORTUNITY to foment, if not create, such a group. I also reject the story of Osama Bin Laden and how he was supposedly killed. I think he was yet another useful pretext for military intervention.
