What we have is a sick "individual" (skin color is irrelevant, skin color doesn't cause crime, individuals cause crime), who for his own sick, demented reasons (which could - or not have been motivated by "race") decided it was a good idea to shoot up a church. And if after all is known that he did open fire on a church because it is a "black" church, then he's just as guilty as everyone else who decides to divide humanity based on race.

People are blaming a skin color ("race") for crimes that occur.
