Inner city constituent citizens don't even need to worry about scaring up incomes anymore. The Democrats' Great Society eliminated the need for them to do that.

As a consquence, their energy drink-fueled energy is allowed to be expressed in any number of ways. Idle hands....

So the Mexicans, all too willing to step in, do the work in their stead.

You and I may meet the minimum qualifications for a job. You however, have more relative experience than I do. All else being equal, you would be hired regardless of your race, sex, age, religion........

Generally speaking quotas have been voluntary and temporary to correct past discrimination practices. On rare occasions, a quota may be court- ordered when a court finds discrimination occurred. In most cases, a company's insurer will settle, rather than risk court, when discrimination likely occurred.

AA cannot trump the rights of a non minority in terms of employment or promotion.

Disappointment is a natural response when one is not chosen for a job or promotion.

Some of the unchosen tend to blame non-existent Affirmative Action or are prone to tell anyone who will listen " the woman got the job by working on her knees".

I am working on trying to do what he is telling us to do. At this point, I think it is our only hope!!

Looking at it this way,job discrimination based on race or gender seems very counterproductive for a business owner in America. So why do employers discriminate? What's the purpose of this discrimination exactly?

Black unemployment rate twice that of whites
You have created a strawman. You cannot prove that employers are discriminating based on race or gender and not discriminating on who is the best employee. How do you know the white unemployment rate shouldn't be even more lower if merit and being better was the only criteria.

Who said racism and bigotry was logical ??? Further more, it seems as if you are claiming that discrimination doesnt happen.

We have multiple threads about bakers who wont bake cakes for gay weddings. so Obviously it does happen and these business owners dont care about their bottom line when doing it.

I assume you are speaking of the private sector. You must have not heard of the EEOC and DOJ. Minorities can win totally frivolous discrimination cases, while white males cannot win the most solid case. There is no repercussion for discriminating against white males. There are serious possible repercussion when a so-called minority even erroneously accuses an employer of discrimination.
