Yet they could have no direct involvement in him getting fired or retained on the police force.
Now this just isn't fair. Why must people be forced to pay for police services, that have been proven to not serve the people? Some of the most high crime areas have the worst police response. But guess what? The residents and the home owners in these high crime neighbhorhoods are essentially paying for a police force that frankly sucks at their job. Wouldn't it be better if they could take their own private money and hire a private security force on their own? That way they could fire someone who they felt did an inadequate job.
The police force is a socialistic construct that very few dare question in society. But as we are hearing more and more cases of police brutality (many never going viral or making it to national news), I think it is about times the people and the police force went our separate ways. We should no longer pay the for the well being of those who are servants of the state. The state that wants to commit tierany against the spirit of mankind. I believe that us as Americans need to eradicate the police force, and create a new market of private security. And I believe it will benefit all Americans.

I've seen what happens when private security companies take over in-house security. They cut wages and therefore get less quality people. It's hard to put your life in front of others when you make a buck or two above minimum wage.
