It refers to those who think that it is easy to legally get a gun and either want to seriously restrict the ability to do so or outright ban all gun sales.
Actually he didn't have to go through anything. He's not even 21 or legally able to buy that GLOCK in his hand.
He either
a) stole it
b) it's his Dad's, Mom's...brother etc
c) just borrowed it for a photo
Either way, he sure didn't buy it!
Regardless of whether he did or didn't, how did he get his hands on one, or two? You might still want to suggest he had to go through many hoops to do so (and then post these images).
