Looks like it hasn't been an overwhelming success, and this in bluer-than-blue New York. Interesting that some New York Law Enforcement agencies seem to be lukewarm on it themselves. Brings up a point that has been seen across the US in various locations: what do you do if LE simply refuses to enforce the law?:
