Not repealing it is going to cost us $1.5 TRILLION..

I didnt even continue, if you dont know that $1.5 T is > $109 billion by now, I dont know why bother continuing.

The clause in question was ambiguous, which nearly every member of the SCOTUS agreed with, even those who dissented. From there, it was only a matter of whether to apply a strict reading to the clause, or to take a wider approach and consider legislative intent and frankly, a little common sense.

No, it isn't. The ACA law itself even defines the term "State" as "each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia." No ambiguity there, whatsoever.

Sure:

The ACA law itself defines "State" as "the term ‘‘State’’ means each of the 50 States and the District of Columbia."

"State" does not mean the federal government, per the ACA law itself.

Congressional Dems should have READ the bill to SEE what was in it before they voted for it.

It's not nice to call Justice Roberts and Justice Kennedy "complete idiots". Along with the other four Justices in the majority, I have it on pretty good authority that they are extremely bright. Maybe they aren't "complete idiots".

Though, I must say, those Justices clearly are not as bright as Limbaugh, Hannity, Carlson, Beck, so on. Aren't they all college dropouts. Oh yeah.
