Today I am freed from my oath to the constitution and nation I swore so many years ago to protect and defend. That nation and its laws no longer exist.

To those who say my taxes are already used as subsidies, I say this; my effective tax rate is zero. Again by said tax credits.
Wait until you have a major health issue that can put you into bankruptcy without insure and you're going to look back at your foolish decision to stay uninsured as the single biggest mistake you've ever made.
"The court must look to the broader structure of the act," Roberts wrote. "Petitioners plain-meaning arguments are strong, but the act’s context and structure compel the conclusion that Section 36B allows tax credits for insurance purchased on any exchange created under the act."
Exactly so. A good decision.
Anyone who thought that by the state was meant to be just a state-run exchanged rather than the state meaning the government, was grasping at straws. The intent was to help those even if the state governments didn't vote for the exchanges.
Sorry, but the ACA doesn't provide healthcare, it provides insurance.
It just amazes me that so many people still do not understand this basic concept.

Actually, it's legislation that created a federal baseline for healthcare insurance- not universial healthcare.
As an aside, Germany universial healthcare system is 122 years old. It is amended every year and periodically reformed. Seems only in the U.S. is their a mindset to throw out the baby with the bathwater if something is not perfect.
The rest of the developed world has universal healthcare and no two countries do it alike.
