I am absolutely in support of traditional marriage. Always have been and always will be. But, the Supreme Court's ruling on this puts the issue permanently to rest. The folks who fought for this deserve to celebrate it, and the folks who fought against it, need to just move on and accept that it is now the law of the land.

But yeah, they might as well get on that too, thats the next fight to fight
The decision sets a precedent. You'll see.

In my younger days I wondered what the big deal was about gay marriage and gay rights, but as I have gotten older and had to deal with general nastiness and sociopathic behavior from Christians and Catholics, I am glad this decision has gone this way. As a straight man I don't care that much about the issue itself but I am glad to see the religious people receive a blow to their influence over society. I am tired of being treated like crap by people who claim to be righteous but whose behavior is anything but righteous.

All I can say: about damn time! ACA and gay marriage in the same week? Obama gotta be feeling like a boss.

Politics aside; congratulations to those same-sex couples who will now be able to be afforded the legal protections of marriage.

Obama? No.

Supreme Court, yes.

Maybe it'll take the eyes off his failed health care plan a bit longer.

Sorry Dissenter, you said the "O" word!
