wow, so good grades is considered a white thing. What kind of grades must he get to act black?

Unfortunately, modern "black culture" is a gross deviation from "black culture" of the pre-Johnson "Great Society" era. Keep in mind that in the 1920s, 85% of black families were two parent families. There was no celebration of "gangsta" behavior, violence, or a drug culture. There was no perpetual welfare state.

Uh; to be fair, I think you meant "PWT culture" tho I catch what you mean. "Redneck" more and more means a plain talking dude or lady of any "race" who works with his hands and so on.

I agree with you, but not sure if redneck culture condemns those things. In my experience, most self identified "rednecks" use the word as code for "country" - riding 4 wheelers, drinking Budweiser, NASCAR, wearing Justin boots/Carhardtt jackets, driving a truck, listening to country music, etc. When I was in school, most rednecks were working/middle class kids and most of them made decent grades/went to class/went to college or became reliable members of the work force. I've never experienced any segment of white culture that I felt was against learning/bettering yourself/working hard/family.

White "redneck" culture is diametrically opposed to devaluation of education, hard work, independence, and strong family values.
Maybe you're thinking of "counterculture" culture and "ed school" culture and "socialism" culture.
white rednecks might be whatever they are....but they sure don't go around beating people senseless for no reason..... trying to equate white rednecks to inner city violent thugs...it doesn't work. Just my opinion and view on the matter.

There were some white chicks in my high school who were ghetto as hell, fighting over guys. I'm talking throwing serious punches and yanking each other by the hair.
In fact, at my high school, there was no group -broadly speaking- that didn't have a ghetto set.
