She should never have been in jail in the first place, and the conditions of her release are terrible - but at least she's out. It will be interesting to see what she does next.

Good news for her but not really for everyone else. I find it odd that you can only prove you were being threatened if you shoot to kill.

I imagine it's very difficult even for someone that is being threatened by what is or was a loved one to shoot to kill. Is it really a bad thing if they can fire a warning shot and that works?

Ehm - did you check the details of the case? The Florida minimum sentencing guidelines are pretty legally unsound.

What crime was she guilty of. She fired a shot that didn't even hit anyone. I don't understand some of you. Are you for guns rights or not. She was trying to protect herself. Why is it ok for zimmerman to get off after killing someone for no reason, yet she is found guilty
